This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") has been developed in full compliance with the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 133 of 08.07.2011, and any other applicable legislation in the territory of the Republic of Moldova.

Hereinafter, any mention such as: "We", "Our", etc., refers to SLAVENA LUX SRL, while "You", "Subject", "Your", "User", etc., refers to you as a user of the website www.slavena.md.

  • Right to rectification: you can request the rectification of inaccurate data, the personal data controller being obliged to correct them
  • Right to objection: you can object to how data is managed and request the cessation of further actions
  • Right to restriction of processing: you can request the cessation of data processing in a certain way or the complete cessation of further processing
  • Right to erasure: you can request the data to be erased as soon as possible by the data controller or by the person empowered
  • Right to data portability: you can request access to collected data in a digital format compatible with a variety of devices
  • Right to complain: you can address the CNPDCP (National Center for Personal Data Protection) regarding non-compliant data processing by the data controller or processor
  • Right to access to justice: you can notify the court for the reparation of any material and/or moral damages caused by the processing of your data

Important Note: We mention that following your request to us for the cessation of processing your personal data, they may be transformed into completely anonymous data, and may subsequently be used for statistical and/or analytical purposes, ensuring that your subsequent identification is impossible.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date mentioned above and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
